"Who is Juanita?"
In 2006 we began to miss the taste of home so we decided to bring home to us. Juanita was the mother of Juan, one of the owners. Her wonderful food and spirit inspired us to create something that she would be proud of. We decided to name our establishment after her in memory for how much she meant to everyone.
